Our fees
The fees are subject to an agreement with the client. Depending on the case, the fees may be hourly, per assignment or for a full package of services. If no fees are agreed, Ministry of Justice Regulation No. 177/1996 Sb., on attorney’s rates, as amended, applies. The Regulation also applies to cases when a contingency fee is agreed by the lawyer and the client, but the legal representation agreement terminates before the case has been finally disposed of.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
Under Act No. 634/1992 Sb., on consumer protection, as amended, consumers are entitled to out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes under legal services agreements. The Czech Bar Association is a competent body to deal with any disputes arising between the attorney and a consumer under legal services agreements; see the website of the Czech Bar Association at www.cak.cz.
